Since this is my birthday month, let's make these last few Self Care Sunday’s great. The mask to use for this week is all for hydrating the skin. Whenever I have to hydrate my skin, I make a Vegan Cucumber & Mint mask. All you need is one cucumber, one lemon, and 5 fresh mint leaves. I know everyone isn’t a “Do It Yourself” person so I will have some suggestions of Cucumber face masks by different brands.
Normally, when I do my face masks, I love to make sure the scenery is perfect. I know, I know, I’m very extra. So I get my heating pad and put it on my chair for my back. I make a small fruit plate with my favorites; strawberries, grapes, pineapples, blueberries & blackberries.
Don't forget to put 2 slices of your cucumber on your plates for your eyes! I grab my favorite glass cup for my water. If you want to get fancy, add some cucumbers and a few mint leaves to your glass. Lastly, a cute blanket. I prefer a cute and fluffy blanket or a weighted blanket.
Finally, now that the scenery is perfect, grab your favorite bluetooth speaker, set a timer on your phone and relax. Enjoy and tell me how it turns out.
